We ship a reel, a lure, the product such as accessories by EMS.
EMS Shipping Rate and Delivery Time
The Japan Lure Shop charges the real postage.

The delivery takes most countries for 3-8 days.
It takes it a little more when there is a delay by the custom inspection.
To confirm the your EMS shipping price
1) Please add item(s) in a shopping cart.
2) In shopping cart page, you will see "Estimate Shipping and Tax"
Please select your country from a drop down menu.
3) After selected your country, please click on "Get a Quote" button.
Your shipping cost will be appeared on the bottom.
For EMS sending it's required to fill out the value of contents on a packing invoice.
In case of damage or loss, the actual damage cost will be compensated.
EMS Tracking Number
When the order is shipped from our shop you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail to inform you of your status with shipping date, and tracking number.
You will kneed to allow up to 12 hours after shipment for the tracking number to be activated.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Please contact us at once if you do not receive the order within two weeks. To investigate your shipment, we will ask Japan postal. Because they were not able to find your package, we will pay back money including the carriage though it might take 30 days or less to investigate.
Please damaged the order or accuse it to the post office in local if it is a lost part. We cannot treat these complaints here. Your post office will pay back money to the item that has been damaged or the missing part.

Returns & Replacements
1) The customer should contact us for the return approval within 5 days before returning the commodity.
2) If pre-authorization has not been received so that the customer may return the commodity, Japan Lure Shop has the right to refuse the return.
3) It is necessary to return all commodities that can be returned thoroughly as received.

5) Please wrap the item in a packaging material similar as the same as you received them for the return.
6) Commodities of the reel or the charm, etc. are mailed by the insured mail (international express mail exclusive use of the mail of EMS). Fishing rod by FedEx. Those full amounts (amount of the invoice that you paid for them). Please secure the item. --We are not responsible in the commodity sent by the uninsured or other delivery services. E-mail that complete, appropriate item that was that shipped carriage paid beforehand.
7) It is necessary to send the foreign country all dishonored bills from your position within 7 days after the return authorization is given.
