"Shipping"

"Customs and Taxes"

"Customs Declaration"
Japan Lure Shop reserves the right to determine the declared customs value of shipments.
FedEx, UPS, DHL and similar express shipments are generally declared at the actual transaction value.
Customers requesting reduced declared values acknowledge all associated risks,
including but not limited to customs delays, additional taxes, confiscation, return of shipment,
limited insurance coverage, or other customs-related penalties.
"Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments"
Japan Lure Shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, carrier
operations, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances
beyond our control.
Customers must report shipping damage within 7 days of delivery and provide
photographs of the package and product.
"Refused Deliveries and Unclaimed Packages"
If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to customer action, including but not limited to:
Refusal to pay customs duties or taxes
Failure to complete customs procedures
Failure to respond to customs or carrier requests
Long-term absence
Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
the customer shall be responsible for:
Original shipping charges
Return shipping charges
Customs fees
Carrier handling fees
Any additional costs incurred
Any refund will be processed after all applicable costs have been deducted.
"Returns and Exchanges "
Returns and exchanges are accepted only in cases of:
Incorrect item shipped
Manufacturer defects
Shipping damage confirmed by the carrier
Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Returns for reasons such as change of mind, ordering mistakes, customs charges, delivery
delays, or refusal to accept the package are generally not accepted.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, the customer will be notified and offered a refund.
"Governing Law"
